Privacy Notice

BackYourConviction is a forthcoming market intelligence platform that is still under development. This notice explains what happens to the details you share when you join our early-interest list on this website.
What we collect
- Your first name, last name and email address, as you type them into the form.
- Confirmation that you ticked the consent box, and the date and time of your submission.
We don't ask for anything else, and this website doesn't collect payment, trading or account information.
Why we collect it, and our basis for doing so
We use these details only to send you occasional product-development and launch updates about BackYourConviction, including a one-time confirmation email when you sign up. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
How your details travel, and who handles them
When you submit the form, our website's server sends your details as an email notification to our private mailbox, and sends a one-time confirmation email to the address you gave us. We don't store submissions in a database, a CRM or a newsletter service. Copies exist only where the providers below handle them:

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone other than these service providers.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only for as long as we need them to tell you about BackYourConviction's development and launch, until you withdraw your consent, or until you ask us to delete them. If the project doesn't go ahead, we will delete the list.
Your choices
You can withdraw your consent, and ask to see, correct or delete your details, at any time. Every update we send will explain how to unsubscribe. Before we send our first update, we will publish a contact address for privacy requests on this page.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn't set cookies and doesn't use analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS, the form is protected against automated abuse, and credentials used to send email are kept on the server and never exposed to your browser.
Who this is for
This website is intended for adults. It isn't directed at anyone under 18.
